Strategies for Implementing Coaching in the Workplace
In this module, participants will be introduced to strategies that support the implementation of coaching in the workplace. As identified by the needs analysis completed prior to training, many participants experience various barriers to implementing coaching practices, including a lack of training, lack of time, and lack of organizational support. This module will provide users with practical tools and methods to address these challenges and more effectively apply coaching strategies within a professional setting.
